El Ministerio de Educación de Chile dio a conocer un importante proyecto destinado a fortalecer la educación inclusiva en el país. Se trata de una convocatoria que permitirá a más de 3.000 establecimientos educacionales postular a fondos por un total de $1.000 millones de pesos para la implementación de aulas sensoriales y de acompañamiento.
El objetivo central de esta iniciativa es crear espacios educativos especializados que respondan a las necesidades de estudiantes con Condición del Espectro Autista (CEA) y con desregulación emocional. Estos ambientes buscan ser un apoyo dentro de los colegios, proporcionando un lugar donde los alumnos puedan encontrar herramientas para regular sus emociones, reducir la ansiedad y potenciar su aprendizaje en un entorno seguro y estimulante.
La implementación de estas aulas considera elementos como iluminación adaptable, mobiliario ergonómico, material didáctico especializado y recursos sensoriales que favorecen la concentración y el bienestar de los estudiantes. Estos espacios no solo benefician a los alumnos, sino que también entregan valiosas herramientas a los profesionales de la educación para un acompañamiento más efectivo.
Con esta inversión, el Ministerio busca avanzar en la construcción de un sistema educativo más acogedor e inclusivo, donde todos los estudiantes, independientemente de sus condiciones, tengan las oportunidades y el apoyo necesario para desarrollar al máximo sus potencialidades.
