El Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y Familia, a través del Servicio Nacional de la Discapacidad (SENADIS), anunció hoy la realización de la Expo Inclusión 2025, la mayor feria laboral inclusiva del país, que convocará a más de 100 empresas y ofrecerá miles de vacantes dirigidas especialmente a personas con discapacidad.
El evento, que se llevará a cabo los días 14 y 15 de mayo de 2025 en el Centro Cultural Estación Mapocho, busca promover la inclusión laboral efectiva y avanzar en el cumplimiento de la Ley N°21.015, que incentiva la contratación de personas con discapacidad en el sector público y privado.
Los asistentes podrán postular directamente a ofertas de empleo de empresas nacionales e internacionales. De igual forma, podrán participar en charlas sobre preparación laboral, derechos y beneficios sociales. En dicho evento recibirán asesoría gratuita para la construcción de currículums y perfiles profesionales. En tal sentido, los que asistan a la cita de esta feria laboral accederán a información sobre programas de apoyo al empleo y capacitación técnica.
En este contexto, el Director Nacional de SENADIS, Pedro Goic Boroevic, destacó: “Chile avanza hacia una cultura de inclusión real. Esta feria no solo abre puertas laborales, sino que demuestra que la diversidad es un valor para las organizaciones”.
Según datos oficiales, en Chile hay más de 2,8 millones de personas en situación de discapacidad, muchas de ellas en edad laboral. Las desigualdades de oportunidades con respecto al acceso al empleo de personas con discapacidad laceran la inclusión sociolaboral a nivel país. Para revertir esta realidad iniciativas como esta feria laboral tejen un puente entre interesados y empresas empleadoras. La Expo Inclusión 2025 se presenta como una plataforma clave para reducir brechas y promover acceso a trabajos formales, dignos y permanentes.
